The present “Terms and Conditions” document (along with any applicable additional conditions) governs the use ofwebcams.paris by the User, namely every subject that accesses the website and proceeds with exploring and using it (“User”).
From the moment the User accesses webcams-paris, the Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding contract between the User and VisioWeb and will mandatorily apply to all activities regarding website navigation, to those, further regulated, relating to the introduction of content, to those further regulated, relating to registration and to those, further regulated relating to the fruition of free or paid services (“Services”).

With regards to the Content introduced by the User, for example, but not limited to, photos and videos, the User acknowledges and accepts to hold sole responsibility for his/her Content and for the consequences following its upload on webcams-paris. Webcams-paris expressly declines every and any responsibility in relation to said Content.
The User acknowledges and guarantees to possess all the necessary licenses, authorization, rights, consent and permits, in order to allow webcams-paris the use of his/her Content uploaded according to the methods provided for by the present Terms and Conditions document as well as by the particular conditions of each area that gathers said Content, when applicable.
The Content uploaded by the User cannot contain any material covered by third party copyright or subject to proprietary third party rights (including privacy rights or rights of publication), unless the User holds a formal license or authorization released by the legitimate owner.
The guidelines for the introduction of Content by the User can be found in the section Community Regulation that constitutes an integral part of the present Terms and Conditions.

The exploitation of brands, logos or other distinguishing marks property of VisioWeb is not allowed, nor is it allowed to use (in any form or by any technological means) Content of the Site removing brands logos or other distinguishing marks property of VisioWeb, if not through prior written authorization released by VisioWeb.

Use of the Site

webcams.paris contains links to third party sites. VisioWeb has no control over these sites and, therefore, is not in any way responsible for their content the user that decides to access a third party website, through a link published on webcams-paris, does so at his/her own risk.
Privacy
All the data provided to VisioWeb by the User shall be used in accordance with the terms of the Privacy section. Any material that the User uploads on webcams-paris will become property of VisioWeb that may, therefore, use it for any legitimate purpose.
Governing laws and competent court
